Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders of $5 or more within a 10-mile radius of Alexander City, Alabama.

Delivery dates and times are based on staff availability and cannot be guaranteed. On the day of delivery, we will contact you by text message or email using the information provided at checkout.

Please ensure your contact and delivery information is accurate. Lake Martin Shirt Shack is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect information or an inability to reach the customer.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Lake Martin Shirt Shack is an online-based business and does not have a retail storefront or offer standard in-store pickup.

Local pickup may be available for certain orders only with prior approval from Lake Martin Shirt Shack. Pickup is not guaranteed and must be arranged before placing your order unless otherwise instructed.

If your order is approved for local pickup, you will receive a notification with the designated pickup location, date, and instructions once your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation.

Orders may not be picked up from any location without prior approval and scheduled arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, UK, EU, and Brazil.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lake Martin Shirt Shack is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lakemartinshirtshack@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
