Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of:

• The purchase date for in-person or local pickup orders, or
• The confirmed delivery date for shipped orders.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items that have been washed will not be accepted for return or refund.

Proof of purchase may be required. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the same 7-day period and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Lake Martin Shirt Shack reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet these requirements.
